Investments and Player Development

In the 2024 fiscal year, iStakeNetwork.com invested more than USD 1.4 million in staking and player compensation. A total of 147 players from various countries worldwide received financial support in the field of online poker.

The supported cash game limits ranged from NL2 to NL100, with the majority of activity concentrated on the lower limits between NL2 and NL10.

Our primary objective was to provide targeted support to talented players and enable them to progress to higher stakes.

 

Our guiding principle is clear: players should ultimately develop to the point where they no longer require external staking and can independently finance their careers.

Strategic Orientation

For 2025, iStakeNetwork has set a clear objective: to increasingly integrate players into the field of live poker. Compared to online poker, live events provide a more attractive environment, as the playing fields are generally less competitive.

 

Our defined pathway is straightforward: players begin their careers online and continue them in live poker.

Another strategic priority from 2025 onward will be cash games. Due to their greater predictability and stability, iStakeNetwork has decided to reduce its focus on tournaments.

Coaching, Development and Investments

In 2024, iStakeNetwork achieved the following:

• Funded over 1,500 hours of coaching

• Invested an average of USD 9,500 per player

• Covered over 100 monthly fees for poker schools

These investments have proven largely successful. Cash games, in particular, contributed significantly to a strong financial result in 2024. Tournaments showed the expected volatility and lower returns, which are inherent to the format.

 

With 95% of our support directed toward online players, 2024 also marked the first entry into the live poker sector. This represented a major growth step: in July 2025, the platform iStakeNetwork.com was officially established and publicly positioned. The goal is to inspire live players with our model and provide them with long-term support.

Measures for Player Retention and Motivation

To enhance the attractiveness of iStakeNetwork for players, several key measures were introduced in 2025:

• Partnerships with poker clubs and casinos across Europe

• Introduction of a fixed monthly compensation of at least €5,000

• Coverage of all accommodation and training costs

• Support through education and training programs

• Establishment of a dedicated Pro Team for live events

• Appointment of ambassadors as brand representatives

• Creation of an association in Switzerland

• Collaboration with partner agents in Romania and Spain
